- I like to add mushroom (called kinoko in Japanese).  You can add any vegetable that you like.  
- Very easy to cook
- Takes only 20 minutes, but most of that time is just needed for boiling the water~! (*^_^*)V

Oyu wo wakasu.

                                                                       boil water

so-su wo ireru
 put sauce in

men wo ireru
put in the noodles.

Topping to kinoko wo irete 3 pun niru
Put topping and mushroom and cook 3minutes.

Yakisoba is a very popular dish in Japan.  It is very easy to cook, healthy, and inexpensive.  You can add some meat or shrimp if you want, or you can change whatever ingredients you like and create your own style of the dish!!  This noodle can be bought at most Asian stores.  It's very easy to find (*^_^*)V.

最初にモヤシをよく洗います。

saisyo ni moyashi wo yoku araimasu.

 野菜を切ります。

yasai wo kirimasu.

　そばをフライパン、または電子レンジで温めてほぐします。

soba wo furaipan, mata wa denshirenji de atatame te hogushi masu.

野菜を炒めます。

yasai wo itame masu.

野菜に火が通ったら、そばを加えて炒めます。

yasai ni hi ga touttara soba wo kuwae itame masu.

熱が行き渡ったらソースを入れる。

netsu ga yukiwatattara so-su wo irete itameru.

ソースが満遍なく混ざったら、長ネギを加えてさっと炒める。

so-su ga manbennaku mazattara naganegi wo kuwae te satto itameru.
